Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ASI mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), developed and operated by "ASILA GRAND" LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. General Rules
- The App operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Users must be at least 16 years of age to register and use the App.
- A valid phone number is required for registration.
- Users are fully responsible for the security of their account, including their login credentials and any actions taken under their account.
2. Service Description
The ASI App provides the following services to its users:
- Service Catalog: A comprehensive directory of service providers across Uzbekistan, including detailed profiles, contact information, and user ratings.
- Search System: Advanced search capabilities that allow filtering by category, region, and rating to help users find the right service quickly.
- AI Assistant: An artificial intelligence-powered recommendation system that suggests services based on user preferences and behavior.
- Bonus System: A loyalty rewards program where users earn points for verified visits to partner businesses.
- QR Code System: A verification mechanism for confirming visits and calculating bonus points at partner locations.
- Review System: A platform for users to write, read, and interact with reviews of service providers.
3. User Obligations
By using the App, you agree to the following obligations:
- Provide truthful and accurate information when registering and using the App.
- Respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of other users.
- Refrain from posting fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews.
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Not attempt to damage, disrupt, or interfere with the App's technical systems and infrastructure.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any part of the system.
4. Bonus System Rules
- Bonus points are awarded exclusively for verified, real visits to partner businesses confirmed through the QR code system.
- Accumulated points may be redeemed for vouchers, discounts, and special offers from partner businesses.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or converted to monetary value.
- The Company reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and point values of the bonus system at any time, with prior notice provided through the App.
- If fraudulent or fake visits are detected, the user's account may be suspended or permanently blocked without prior notice.
5. Reviews and Content Rules
- All reviews must be based on genuine, personal experience with the service provider.
- Content that is offensive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, or illegal is strictly prohibited.
- Reviews that are promotional or advertising in nature may be removed without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to remove, edit, or hide any content deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these terms, without prior notification to the user.
6. Intellectual Property
- The App's design, source code, logo, branding, and all associated content are the exclusive intellectual property of "ASILA GRAND" LLC and are protected under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of any part of the App is strictly prohibited.
- Content created by users (such as reviews, photos, and comments) remains the intellectual property of the respective user. However, by submitting content, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use such content within the App and related promotional materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The quality of services listed in the App is the sole responsibility of the respective service provider. The Company does not guarantee or warrant the quality, safety, or legality of any third-party service.
- The Company is not liable for any outcomes, damages, or losses resulting from the use of third-party services discovered through the App.
- The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any damages arising from technical issues, server downtime, data loss, or other technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service.
- Engagement in fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest activities.
- Actions that cause harm, damage, or inconvenience to other users or the platform.
- Compliance with a lawful request from a government authority or court order.
9. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time and at its sole discretion.
Users will be notified of significant changes through in-app notifications.
Continued use of the App after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue using the App.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
